1. License Definition
By purchasing a plugin from AcelleStudio, you are granted a lifetime, non-exclusive license to install and use the software on strictly one (1) Acelle Mail installation. Distribution, resale, or sub-licensing of the raw plugin source code or ZIP package is heavily strictly prohibited.
2. Delivery
After your payment is processed via Payhip, you will immediately receive a download link for the ZIP archive containing the plugin. License keys (if applicable) are generated dynamically at checkout.
3. Refund Policy (Money Back Guarantee)
We stand by the quality of our code. We offer a 14-Day Money Back Guarantee if the plugin fails to install or function on your Acelle Mail server securely despite our technical instructions. If you encounter an insurmountable bug, simply contact our support team. Refunds are not granted for simple "change of mind" regarding digital goods once downloaded.
4. Support and Updates
Your lifetime license includes all minor updates (e.g. version 1.0 to 1.9) completely free of charge. Support is provided for installation errors and fatal plugin bugs via our dedicated email address: support@acellestudio.com.
5. Limitation of Liability
AcelleStudio develops isolated modules using official documentation. Under no circumstances will AcelleStudio be held liable for server downtime, data loss, or indirect damages caused by improper configuration on the buyer's server infrastructure.
